Jacsons introduced the concept of light weight doors for the first time in India . A good door should be light in weight, structurally sound and designed to suit the environment it goes into. In order to enhance the life of a door the weight should always be kept at the lowest possible level.

Veneered Flush Door Series

Jacsons offers the largest range of decorative wood veneers for your doors, from exquisite Indian Rosewood to Burma Teak, from European Beach to English Mahogany, from African Sapali to American Oak, you have an unlimited range of natural wood to select from.

Moulded Panel Door Series

Moulded Panel doors are introduced as an alternative to solid wood panel doors that are vulnerable to shrinking, splitting and warping. Moulded skins are made of wood fibre mat moulded under intensive heat and pressure into 3.2 mm thick sheets of high-density fibre boards. Moulded skin doors are highly attractive, cost effective and long lasting.

Designer Veneer Door Series

To add value for our customers we have now introduced a range of "book-matched" designs using a combination of veneers to satisfy the tastes of different customers. Custom made designs can also be developed as per customer requirement.

Core Filling

Much research has gone into finding the best filling for the core. All the properties of a good flush door depend upon its construction and its core filling. Our doors come with Lignocellulosic Core Filling, Flax Board Core Filling or Extruded Particle Board Core Filling, which are all eco-friendly and conforming to European Standards of door production. These doors are strong, sturdy and solid in construction, light in weight compared to conventional solid wood core and highly moisture resistant.

Adhesives used for Bonding

Imported Two Component-Thermosetting Poly Vinyl Urethane, which makes the doors highly moisture resistant.
