PRE-HUNG DOORS

Jacsons Pre-hung Doors are a fully self-contained solution for a door opening, pre- finished at the factory, consisting of an engineered door frame (Door Jamb) and architraves all wrapped, finished and supplied along with lock, latch and hinges cutting. It can be installed during the final finishing stage of the project, making it an easy and user-friendly alternative to traditional doors.

Jackson Door Jambs

Door Jamb is a ready-made door frame manufactured with modern technology using engineered/natural raw materials.

Eco-friendly materials are used for Jambs.

Veneer/PVC wrapped Architrave covers the edges of the Jambs which makes the pre-hung door aesthetically magnificent.

Standard Jamb width is 100mm, we can custom make the width of frame up to 250mm.

The jambs are bolted to the wall using Anchor bolt fasteners and high-quality PU adhesive foam which protects the moisture in the wall from being exposed to the frame.

We have specially trained team for the installation of the pre-hung doors.

Type of Door Jambs:

1. Engineered Wood Jambs: made from high quality fibre boards which has inbuilt properties to withstand climatic changes. It can be wrapped using Veneer and PVC foil as per the customers preference. Veneer wrapped Jambs will be UV lacquered which protects the jambs from moisture, heat and abrasion.
2. Solid Wood: Solid Wood Jambs can be wrapped using Veneer or PVC foil. We use finger jointed rubber wood and beechwood for our solid wood frames.
3. WPC Jamb (Wood Plastic Composite) : WPC jambs are moisture proof and are ideal for toilet doors openings, the frames can only be wrapped using PVC foils as per the customers preference. The width of the WPC jamb will be 100mm only.
