The Veneer surface of the door is protected by premium quality UV Lacquer in a
state-of-the art machinery which ensures uniform coating and curing. In turn we
are able to achieve perfection, longevity and durability of the doors.
We use high quality imported raw materials for our door production
- Kiln-dried spruce wood Stiles & Rails.
- Extruded particle board imported from Germany or eco-friendly honeycomb craft paper for core filling which makes the door sturdy, light in weight, non-warping, with sound insulation and highly impact resistant.
- The surface panels of flush doors are made from imported high-density 3 mm fibre boards.
- Supreme quality adhesive is used to press the face sheets on the frame in a hot press which has high adhesive strength and ensures that delamination does not occur. It has high dimensional stability and uniformity.
- The edges are protected with PVC lipping using a polyurethane adhesive on all the edges.
- We also provide auxiliary services like lock cutting, hinge rebate cutting done at the factory to give you the finish and ease of completion.
- Customers can opt for a semi-finished door and paint it according to their tastes.
- All the raw materials can be recycled and are environmentally friendly.
