JACSONS: Pioneer in introducing pre-hung doors in India.

Jacsons Pre-hung Doors are a fully self-contained solution for a door opening, pre-finished at the factory, consisting of an engineered door frame (Door Jamb) and architraves all wrapped, finished and supplied along with lock, latch and hinges cutting. It can be installed during the final finishing stage of the project, making it an easy and user-friendly alternative to traditional doors.

Door Jamb is a ready-made door frame manufactured with modern technology using engineered/natural raw materials.

Eco-friendly materials are used for Jambs.

Veneer/PVC wrapped Architrave covers the edges of the Jambs which makes the pre-hung door aesthetically magnificent.

Standard Jamb width is 100mm, we can custom make the width of frame up to 250mm.

The jambs are bolted to the wall using Anchor bolt fasteners and high-quality PU adhesive foam which protects the moisture in the wall from being exposed to the frame.

We have specially trained team for the installation of the pre-hung doors.

Type of Door Jambs:

1. Engineered Wood Jambs: made from high quality fibre boards which has inbuilt properties to withstand climatic changes. It can be wrapped using Veneer and PVC foil as per the customers preference. Veneer wrapped Jambs will be UV lacquered which protects the jambs from moisture, heat and abrasion.
2. Solid Wood: Solid Wood Jambs can be wrapped using Veneer or PVC foil. We use finger jointed rubber wood and beechwood for our solid wood frames.
3. WPC Jamb (Wood Plastic Composite) : WPC jambs are moisture proof and are ideal for toilet doors openings, the frames can only be wrapped using PVC foils as per the customers preference. The width of the WPC jamb will be 100mm only.

Customers are spoilt for choice with one of the widest range of veneer collection in the country. You may choose from our hundreds of veneers and designs or you can even customize and give wings to your creativity.

The Veneer surface of the door is protected by premium quality UV Lacquer in a state-of-the art machinery which ensures uniform coating and curing. In turn we are able to achieve perfection, longevity and durability of the doors.

We use high quality imported raw materials for our door production

• Kiln-dried spruce wood Stiles & Rails.
• Extruded particle board imported from Germany or eco-friendly honeycomb craft paper for core filling which makes the door sturdy, light in weight, non-warping, with sound insulation and highly impact resistant
• The surface panels of flush doors are made from imported high-density 3 mm fibre boards.
• Supreme quality adhesive is used to press the face sheets on the frame in a hot press which has high adhesive strength and ensures that delamination does not occur. It has high dimensional stability and uniformity.
• The surface finish is even and fine sanded with 240-grit sandpaper in the wide belt sander for direct application.
• The edges are protected with PVC lipping using a high-quality adhesive which prevents doors from moisture absorption. Hard wood edge banding can be provided as per customer’s choice.
• We also provide auxiliary services like lock cutting, hinge rebate cutting done at the factory to give the finish and ease of completion.
• All the raw materials can be recycled and are environment friendly

We maintain 6 different shades of laminates of premium brands which complements our veneer collection. In addition to laminate doors being used as Main Doors and Internal Doors, we can also offer bathroom doors with the same design laminates. Our bathroom doors are edge banded using PUR glue which makes it highly water resistant.

Customers can choose from a collection of 6 designs of Skins imported from a world-renowned brand. High Density Moulded Fibre Board skin is used as the face on either side of the door. The textured skin looks royal and elegant.
